Book review: The stolen stars of Matariki

WALT: Write a book review
We had to write a book review about the stolen stars of Matariki. I enjoyed getting to listen to the book. I found it challenging to explain why the book was boring. To be BTB(Better Than Before) I could add a bit more detail to all of my answers.

Breaking news: The stolen stars of Matariki

We had to write a news segment then read it while we were recording. I enjoyed getting to edit my video. I found it challenging to write and read aloud my work because I don't like recording myself speak, I'm more of a behind the camera person. To be BTB(Better Than Before) I could write a longer segment.

Addition and subtraction

We had to complete the slide of addition and subtraction problems. There were questions where we had to just answer them and there were questions that we had to do a lot of thinking. I enjoyed the one where we had to try and make 1500. I found it challenging to do the slide where we had to work out the five numbers. To be BTB(Better Than Before) I could try and get to 100.

What I did in isolation #4

We had to make a thing to show what we have been doing in isolation. I am making a slide. I am making one once a week. I enjoyed getting to eat the hot cross buns. I found it challenging to put all the photos on one slide. To be BTB(Better Than Before) I could get some more interesting photos.

We had to think of different ways they could have saved the stars then rewrite the end so it was one of our ideas. I enjoyed getting to rewrite the ned. I found it challenging to think of different ways they could do it. To be BTB(Better Than Before) I could think of more ideas.

What I did in isolation #3

We had to make a thing to show what we have been doing in isolation. I am making a slide. I was trying to do it every two to three days then twice a week. Now I think it will be once a week. I enjoyed getting to have neighborhood nibbles. I found it challenging to get a photo. To be BTB(Better Than Before) I could get more photos.

What I did while I was in isolation #2

We had to make a thing to show what we did in isolation, I'm making a slide. I'm trying to make one every two to three days but I think it will be twice a week. I enjoyed getting to take photos of the things I was doing. I found it challenging to take photos while I was doing them. To be BTB (Better Than Before) I could try and get some more interesting photos.
