Year 6 tech (Hokey Pokey)

WALT: Explain the science when hokey pokey is made.
We made hokey pokey. When we added the baking soda it all started frothing up because it released air into the mixture. I enjoyed getting to make hokey pokey because I like cooking. I found it challenging not to burn it. To improve it we could dip it in chocolate.
