Why you think the meat and three veg rule is a good rule? What would you prefer to eat?
I agree with you I think the rule is a good rule because I think that it means you will have a pretty well balanced diet. I am the same as you though, I wouldn't like to eat this for dinner every night because I am vegetarian so I don't eat meat anymore!

Wow! Great postcard! I really like the little kiwi prints all over the page, it looks really effective.
I also think it is really cool that you have made your own double scoop hokey pokey ice-cream! Yum! Do you like Hokey Pokey ice-cream? Or is there another flavour you like better?
The Pohutukawa tree also looks lovely - I really like seeing them along the beach in the summer when they are flowering.
I think I would be chuffed if I got this postcard in the mail! Awesome work :)
